- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery and we can arrange collection of returned goods for a FEE
- If the product is found to be unusable, either by manufacturing fault or defective materials, then replacement parts (rather than a complete new unit) will be supplied
- All returned items must be in original sealed packaged condition
- Fully assembled items will NOT be accepted for return
- On receiving a return we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item minus administration fee
- Cancelations accepted - orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch
